We... scheduled an appointment with Dr. Luke and he was so great. Kat and Grace assisted with the procedure and were so amazing with my son as well. He felt at ease with toys, a stuffed animal, a blanket, all while watching his favorite tv show on Disney+. We were able to watch the procedure and overall it did not take long.
