Our family has been coming to Smile in Monument for years, and they’ve always been great, but over the past year or so they’ve really elevated the whole experience! The new office is bright and inviting, and the front desk receptionist is warm and welcoming. Mary calls us every month with friendly appointment reminders. I have to say that every single dental assistant we’ve had since my youngest had braces put on this year has been amazing! They are all pleasant and seem to actually enjoy their jobs (which is refreshing), actually talking to my son and making conversation with me, too. Viviana is so efficient and great to work with – she even recognizes us among a full waiting room when we come for a regular adjustment or even a quick fix. She is gentle and sweet, which is always appreciated.
My children were born with a genetic quirk which has negatively affected their bites/smiles. Dr. Ross is second to none when it comes to fixing tricky orthodontic issues. For my daughter, he fixed in just 6 months what 4 years in braces hadn’t been able to do. That was an incredible transformation! Dr. Ross possesses remarkable expertise and is so genuinely kind, as well. If he started a practice on the moon, we’d follow him there!
When your child is in braces, it requires frequent visits, and I can honestly say that my son and I actually enjoy going to the Monument office…how many dental/medical offices can you say that about? Every time we’ve left our appointments I’ve said to my kids, “Everyone here is so awesome, I should really write them a positive review.” Now, I’ve finally done it, and they are completely deserving!

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Cubby, Kaya, and Grace. My son has several different issues going on right now with his teeth and his health and not only did they validate all of my concerns, but Dr. Cubby and his team pulled out all the stops for us to ensure the very best solutions for my son's situation. They all bent over backwards to make sure he was reassured and felt comfortable with what was going on. Kaya figured out he loved football and talked to him about that to give him an enjoyable distraction. I give my highest recommendation for Dr Cubby, Kaya, and Grace. A skilled and knowledgeable, hard-working, professional team that still gives you the personalization and one-on-one care that we all want! Love them!!

Our son moved to the area wearing braces from his old orthodontist. Not only did he get an appointment to get an unknown cavity fixed, the financial process to discuss his plan moving forward, pictures showing his progress, and completely transparent billing process with new orthodontic payment plans has made the transition less stressful. Incredibly patient staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Luke and staff are always amazing. We couldn't ask for better dental practice for our children. They listen and take the time needed to address any extra needs. It helps that they are all so kind!

The DA Litzy was very patient and helpful with my 5 year old that has major anxiety I recommend this office 10/10 and Dr.Luke was also amazing we both left super satisfied thank you Smile 😊 you guys totally rock!!

My girls love this place, they have in house insurance and it makes everything affordable.

Kaya is amazing! She is kind, fun, and knowledgeable. My daughter requested her for every appointment! All of my experiences here have been great. We have been a client of their’s for 7 years and we plan on staying! Thank you SMILE for making my family smile confidently!

Today my three children aged 8-12 saw Dr. Cubby and Ashley for routine cleanings and one for an orthodontic adjustment as well. This was our first encounter with Dr Cubby—he was very friendly and communicative. Even with my anxious 8 year-old, he made everyone feel comfortable. We are a military family so therefore we see more than enough providers as we move. Thank you Dr. Cubby and Ashely for being our new dental and orthodontic partners! (We have also seen Dr Josh and Dr Amanda and Val in previous appointments who are just as phenomenal!) We are so happy to have found Smile for all the children’s care.
